  • How to make working happy

When people love what they do, they do quality work. On the other hand, if we don’t love what we do, we do it out of necessity, which can sometimes lead to a change in our behavior at work in relation to who we really are.
We change because we think we don’t belong here.

Because we need it, we tell ourselves that we have no choice but to accept it and hope that the hours will pass quickly before we go home. Sometimes you look at the clock so much that you think it’s not ticking the way you want it to. If we concentrated on the positive, we wouldn’t have this impression. In fact, when our minds are constantly under stress, we start to concentrate on trivial things, things we should have, so we don’t have them. Because we don’t have what we need, we are just there, obeying orders from people we sometimes think are incompetent.

But people who are supported, who enjoy their work, experience it as a challenge, and in the evening their thoughts enable them to be more organized and more willing. In fact, when the mind is at its best, the body benefits too, because the brain acts on the body according to the energy it uses or gives off.

All this is to say that doing a job you love doesn’t mean you have to do it with contempt. The contempt you feel for that work will be reflected back to you. It’s like mirror energy: your thoughts reflect everything back to you.
Take it more as a challenge to put yourself in a more personal comfort zone. Once you’re in that zone, your mind will be clearer and more focused.

So, start aiming for what’s right for you and manifest it instead. Work has never been easy, but we do it for a very valuable purpose. That’s why we have to stay positive and wait for the results of our efforts.

Here are some tips to help you find joy in your work:

    1. Personalize Your Space: Create a workspace that feels comfortable and inspiring—add plants, photos, or motivational quotes.
    2. Set Achievable Goals: Break tasks into smaller, manageable steps. Celebrate small wins to stay motivated.
    3. Take Breaks: Step away for a few minutes to stretch, breathe, or take a short walk. It can refresh your mind and energy.
    4. Learn and Grow: Pursue opportunities to develop new skills or take on challenges that excite you.
    5. Connect with Colleagues: Build positive relationships and engage in conversations, even if it’s virtual.
    6. Find Meaning: Reflect on how your work contributes to a bigger purpose—whether it’s helping others, solving problems, or achieving personal goals.
    7. Play Some Tunes: Uplifting music or calming background sounds can make a big difference.
    8. Stay Organized: A clear to-do list and a tidy workspace can reduce stress and keep you focused.
    9. Reward Yourself: After completing a task, treat yourself to something you enjoy, like a snack or a quick scroll through your favorite app.
    10. Practice Gratitude: Focus on the positive aspects of your job, whether it’s the skills you’re gaining, the people you work with, or simply having a source of income.

Small shifts in your daily routine and mindset can make workdays much more fulfilling. Making work enjoyable is all about finding a balance between productivity and personal satisfaction.
